Norman Love Truffle Making Class
Type of Event: Valentine’s Day is Driving In. All classes include instruction with Norman Love’s experienced Chocolatier who will be available to assist you in every step. These sessions are designed with the home baker in mind and are NOT professional classes.
Date: Friday, January 26th
Time: 6:00 – 9:00 (cocktail reception starts at 6:00 PM and class is from 6:30 – 9:00 PM.

Parking in front of the Daniel’s Chocolate Salon and the cocktail reception is inside the salon.
Attire: Due to health regulations in the factory, , wear closed toe shoes, long pants, and minimal jewelry as you will be working with food product in a “factory” environment. Unfortunately, if you are not wearing closed toe shoes, you will not be able to participate. In continuing with specific health regulations, if upon your arrival, we assume or presume that you are ill, such as any noticeable signs of illness, unfortunately, you will not be permitted to attend that evening’s class. Other arrangements will be made to accommodate you in another class. The classes are for adults 18 years of age or older and due to insurance purposes, they are unable to accommodate persons of limited mobility such as wheelchairs, canes, or walkers.
