Members, we know you have been waiting patiently for new items in our Everglades Regional Webstore. Well, we are pleased to announce that it is now available with new items.
The webstore is maintained through PCA National and Sharon and Faith had to navigate through a long list of apparel that was made available to all regions. The average regional webstore is permitted to have 12 items; Sharon and Faith were able to achieve 18. Once that milestone was achieved, they had to select items that “were available” from the distributor, as not all items on the list were available. At the same time, other regions were rebuilding their webstores, so a bit of competition took place. So, once the desired items were determined as available, there were choices of colors. Each item is limited to only 3 colors, so you may see an item that you’d like in white, but it is only available in darker colors. Sharon and Faith tried to provide brighter, lighter colors, but for some items, the only choices were darker colors.
Faith Wassersug and Sharon Vigorito have been working with Chrissy Diamonte at PCA National to acquire new apparel with our upgraded logo. It’s been a bit of a process, so let us tell you a little about the items available and the backstory of how this was achieved.
In addition, as we do have some juniors in our region, Sharon and Faith have added a youth shirt and hat for our younger members.
