Join fellow Everglades Region members for an afternoon drive on the Florida backroads to Sebring. We’ll stop enroute for a tour of Sugar Sands Rum Distillery in Lake Placid. Then onward to Sebring and the historic Inn On The Lakes for an overnight stay. We will have a cocktail hour reception in the bar area where historical memorabilia from the famous Sebring International Raceway exists nearby. A dinner at the Inn follows if you desire. Dinner/drinks will be on your own. We will try to set up a tour of the murals of historic downtown Sebring on Saturday if there is enough interest.

The event starts at NOON pm on Friday, May 21st. Gather at The Verandah Shops at SR80 and SR31 in Fort Myers. Cars will gather in front of Tramontana’s Italian Grille – 11861 Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33905.
Cost to register is $20 per person. Room, food and beverage in Sebring are on you. 4 participants per registration.

If interested there is an autocross school Saturday morning prior to the drivers education event. There is a maximum of 15 students. We have included links to registration for both the autocross and the school at the bottom of this email.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN BOTH THE EVENT REGISTRATION AND THE NEW COMMUNICABLE DISEASE WAIVER ELECTRONICALLY. The course will be set up on the long concrete strip adjacent turn 16-17 and we envision 8+ runs. There will be NO onsite registration and you must pay on club registration at the time you register. Registration is $30 for PCA members and $40 for non-PCA members until May 17th.Late Registration after May 17th is $50 – so please sign up early. The tentative schedule (which may change) is as follows:
12:15 Check in/Tech/ course walk
Sometime between 1230-1:30 track tour (optional and if available)
1:15-1:25 Driver meeting OR a little later if track tour is available
1:30 First car out if no track tour OR a little later if track tour is available
Limit of 40 drivers and open to members and non-members. Plan on 8 or more runs depending on weather, attendance and other factors beyond our control.
