Welcome to the Everglades Region Porsche Club of America.  Our region covers most of Southwest Florida and host over 400 members.  If you own a Porsche and are interested in joining our club please select the join pca link on the website.

We hope all of our members are having a great summer!  Things are definately hot here in Southwest Florida.  Many things are heating up with Porsche.  The biggest news is that Porsche will be returning to LMP1 at Le Mans to race for overall victories against Audi and Peugeot!  Porsche is the most successful racing marquee at Le Mans with a total of 16 overall victories.  Porsche's first victory was in 1970 with the famous 917 and the last was in 1998 with the 993 based GT1.

There are rumors that there are two news cars being designed for release in 2013 and 2014.  The first car is rumored to be using the 961 label.  For those racing enthusiast they will remember the 959 based 961 racers from the 80's.  The 961 performance level is to be between the GT2 RS and the 918 spyder.  The 961 us to be direct competition to the Ferrari 458 and Mclaren MP4-12C.

The second car has the 929 label.  The 929 is to be a two door grand touring car that will be available as a coupe and cabriolet.  The 929 will be based upon the second generation Panamera short chassis.
